DELIVERY

Delivery details:

  • Sender & Receiver Name (if you're sending to someone else)
  • Contact Number (+60) & Alternative contact number
  • Complete delivery address, which is shown on Google Maps
  • Double-check and confirm all details before you proceed to payment.

Important Notice:

  • We deliver Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (selected areas) only. Delivery fee is calculated by Zone A, B, C and D. May refer to delivery info at the menu...
  • We are using Lalamove car service / Panda Go / Grab Express for the deliveries.
  • For Multi-level Buildings (Condominium, Office, Apartment, or Mall), kindly ensure the receiver is available to collect the order at the MAIN ENTRANCE/LOBBY, as our delivery partners may not be able to deliver straight to your unit.
  • Each order number is for one delivery address, date, and time slot. You’ll need to place separate orders if you're sending to multiple places or at different times or dates.
  • Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the order at the location within the time range. For example if you choose 2.15pm delivery time, recipient should be available to collect with the rider 1 hour earlier or later.
  • We are not able to promise exact delivery times due to unforeseen traffic and circumstance.
  • For unsuccessful or failure to drop off the item, the rider will be returned. Customer need to pay for the extra delivery fee or arrange your own pickup from our shop.
  • Delivery is non-cancellable, and fees are non-refundable once routes are arranged. If you need to change the delivery address or request a later delivery attempt, additional fees (based on distance) may apply.
  • If there is any damage during the delivery process, kindly WhatsApp us immediately and show us the proof of damage, we will provide feedback and try to claim compensation for the damage from the delivery service company.
